Upgrade.chat is a membership management service that allows merchants to turn their chat room into a business. Upgrade.Chat is an open marketplace that facilitates payments direct from your account to the merchant's account. Upgrade.Chat has no involvement in your payment other than telling it where to go.
In your Profile (https://upgrade.chat/profile) click the referrals to see the status of the payments for people you referred to different chatrooms and how much you earned vs the credit potential.
In your Profile (https://upgrade.chat/profile) you will see three options next to your membership information click the actions ⚙️ Cog:
COPY ID: Copies ID for reference.
MANAGE: This allows you to manage your subscription. Change payment methods, cancel, etc.
CANCEL: This cancels your subscription at the end of the billing cycle.
CLAIM: If you did not receive your upgrade or if you accidentally left the chat room, as long as the subscription is ACTIVE you can claim your purchase again at any time.
CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE BILLED AGAIN WHEN CLICKING CLAIM OR REPROCESS BUTTONS.
IF THERE IS AN ISSUE CLAIMING YOUR UPGRADE / ROLE, YOU MUST CONTACT THE MERCHANT FOR ASSISTANCE AS THEIR STORE MAY BE IMPROPERLY CONFIGURED.
When you refer someone with Upgrade.Chat you are actually sending them to purchase from the MERCHANT DIRECTLY. You would need to contact the merchant who you sent the referral to in order to see what the status of your refund for the referral is. When you purchase something on Upgrade.Chat you are actually purchasing from the MERCHANT DIRECTLY. Your relationship and transaction are with the merchant. You can manage or cancel your upgrade here: https://upgrade.chat/profile and this will cancel your account with them.
CLICK THE COG > CLICK MANAGE > CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION or UPDATE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION
A status of CANCELLING means that the subscription will be cancelled at THE END OF THE BILLING CYCLE. There is nothing else to do other than wait for it to cancel.
Please log out and log back in with an incognito window to make sure that you are logged into the correct account on the website. You can have two different logins, one on the native mobile or desktop application of your chat service, and another through the web API version.
Once you log out and then log back in from an incognito window, if you still do not see your purchase after confirming you have logged in with the correct account that you purchased from, please contact the merchant that you attempted to make the purchase from so they can assist you. You will want to provide them with your email address, any error messages that you receive, and what the product you are trying to purchase is.

Our service representatives are not able to assist in any matter regarding payments, transactions, disputes, refunds. if you are unable to contact the merchant for refund, the only remaining course of action is to contact your bank, PayPal or credit card company and initiate a dispute or chargeback.
