# Banning Disputes

## Removing Members who don't pay or dispute <a href="#banning-members" id="banning-members"></a>

The bot will automatically **BAN** people who dispute your room's transaction but role removal only happens according to your charge "retry" settings in Stripe. For PayPal this ban will happen automatically and instantly. For Stripe, you need to set these rules:
